'To the Playground' was created out of a passion to design and create things that you can add your own personal touch to.
I wanted fun and exciting sustainable kids craft projects aimed for children young and old who love to build and play using as little as their imagination.
ALWAYS THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX
Sustainability is a big part of our everyday lives. All of the packaging and structures are made out of cardboard. Cardboard is one of the materials with the least environmental impact. It is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
You can even reuse the packaging as part of the arts and crafts creative process.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
HOW IT ALL STARTED
I have been in Visual Merchandising for over 15 years, both working for Major Retails Stores and myself. I have sourced, created, imagined, Trouble Shooted, Sweated and Laughed my way through everything imaginable when it comes to VM. I would often get stopped in the windows when I was setting up the displays asking where could they find my props. From there I decided to branch out and use my knowledge of Cardboard to create To The Playground. It is here where I really have the fun. We make, Trial and Design everything ourselves. All made here in NSW and all Sustainable.
